With over 18 years of experience in the kitchen, Chef Stephan Zoisl, Austrian born chef cum restaurateur, shall be pioneering a new concept called DINNER by Chef Stephan that will bring you premium food delivery service.
Starting out from his childhood days at his family’s restaurant back in Austria, he went on to work at various prestigious Michelin starred restaurants around the world. Some of his stints include The Fat Duck in Bray, UK (3 Michelin Stars), Alinea in Chicago, USA (3 Michelin Stars), Steirereck in Vienna, Austria (2 Michelin Stars) and Villa Joya in Portugal (2 Michelin Stars).
The first exposure to the local restaurant industry was his time at Novus, previously located at The National Museum of Singapore. He helmed the kitchen there and was one of the youngest Head Chef back then in the local scene in 2007 as well.
As of 2012, Chef Stephan decided to bring it to the next level by opening a restaurant of his own, showcasing his works at his open concept kitchen studio located at 61 Tras St. Apart from restaurant operations, he does catering for events such as Formula 1, Mont Blanc, Tag Heuer and BENTLEY etc. In addition, he has a pop up restaurant, NUTOPIA (nutopia.asia), which takes diners through an extraordinary culinary experience infused with educational and social driven theatrical plays that is held a few times a year.
Chef Stephan is appointed as a culinary partner for Gaggenau & WMF (Silit).
